Hi everyone! I just wanted to add an update here to say one thing: wow.
This contest hasn't even been open for a week, and we already have a journal entry filled to the brim with prizes from some amazing donators (most of which were added the first two days!!), and there are over 25 contest entries so far, and they're all excellent!
As always, you guys are awesome! A huuuuge thanks to everyone who has donated a prize, and to everyone else taking part in this contest! <3

It’s contest time yet again for WarriorCatsFanClub!
I know that you guys were getting worried that we would never have a contest ever again, so let's get this started!
Your theme is:
The Clans in Newleaf Even though it may not seem like it yet, Spring is on the way. Who doesn't welcome the change from cold dreary weather to warm and sunny weather? Warrior cats are no exception! What do you imagine that the cats love to do most when Newleaf arrives? Draw or write an original scene with your favorite Warrior(s) having fun in the new season!
Rules
Read through and follow all of these rules. Entries have been disqualified in the past because of this. You must be a member of WarriorCatsFanClub in order to enter the contest. If you’re not a member, the join button is located at the top of our main page. Mention the contest and WarriorCatsFanClub in your artist’s comments. You may not use lineart or bases. No OCs, only original characters from the books. Only one entry per member. Send a link to your finished entry in a NOTE to WarriorCatsFanClub. Do not submit your entry to our gallery; it won't be accepted that way. Once your entry has been accepted, it will be put into the contest entry folder (see link to contest entries below). If it's not in the folder, it has not been accepted. Your entry must be submitted to dA after February 29th, 2012. A first, second, and third place winner will be chosen. As always, have fun!!The deadline for the contest is Sunday, April 1st, 2012. Just in time for the beginning of Spring!

Hello all!
Some of you might already be aware of this, but it appears that there is a recent bug on dA where when a group admin tries to accept/decline gallery submissions it makes it look like a lot of people are submitting to the wrong folder. :noes:
I think I noticed this pretty quickly so there shouldn't be too many problems, but if you recently submitted something to our gallery and it was declined, please resubmit! It is possible that I declined it because the bug made it look it was going to the wrong folder.

Discussion: What Would You Change?
I haven't read a Warriors book in a while, but lately I've been thinking about them quite a bit.
One thing is the fact that there are dozens of characters in the series, and the multiple relationships that each of the cats has with one another. And since there are so many characters and so much going on, at times the Warriors series can be a little confusing to keep straight!
So I was thinking, what would happen if you could make a change in the story? Either making something so it never happened, or just changing something slightly? What would the effects of the change be throughout the rest of the books?

When I first started reading the Warriors series, it was back in my sophomore year of high school. My best friend introduced it to me because it was a series she loved, and she figured I would I would love it too. She was right!
Soon after I started reading Warriors, my friend invited me to help run the Warriors website that she had - we updated the site regularly with new content and theories as the books came out, and I made printable content and shared some of my art on the site as well.

What's Your Warriors Name?
Hi people!
I know that there hasn't been much going on in this group lately...sadly I don't have the time right now to hold a contest (I'm going to graduate college soon...what??), so I thought that we could have a discussion of sorts instead.
So back in the day when this group was founded and before this group was technically even a group (over 6 years ago!) we had few enough members that when you joined you'd say your Warrior name and what Clan you were a part of.
We can't do this any more because this group has too many awesome members - but I kind of miss it! You guys had cool Warrior names and different OCs that were totally awesome.
