How to Join and Submit Your Art

Welcome to Warrior Cats Fan Club!

Love Warriors?  Then you'll love this group! :dummy:

How to Join:

:bulletred: There is no need to ask to join. Just do the following:
:bulletred: Click on the "join group" button on the left side of our main page.
:bulletred: If you cannot find the join button, let me know and I will send you an invite. :)
:bulletred: Check your message center...there should be a message there saying that you've been accepted! :thumbsup:

Submitting your Artwork:
(Note: You must be a member of the group to submit your artwork!)

You can submit 1 deviation to our gallery per day.

:bulletblue: Click on the "contribute art" button at the top of the page.  
:bulletblue: Use the drop down menu to select the correct folder for your submission.
:bulletblue: Choose a Warriors related picture from your gallery.
:bulletblue: Please submit your picture ONLY ONCE. It will be added to the gallery eventually, even if it takes a few days!
:bulletblue: Click "OK".
:bulletblue: If you submit to the wrong folder, your submission will be declined and you'll have to submit it the next day. If you don't know why your submission was declined, take a look at our folder guide below. If you're still not sure, feel free to ask.

Not sure where to submit? Here's a guide to the folders in our gallery:

Digital Art - Warriors art of characters from the books, made using a computer program such as Paint or Photoshop. You can also submit any Warriors related bases, lineart or tutorials here.
Traditional Art - Warriors art of characters from the books made without the use of a computer (pencils, paints, pens, markers, etc.).
OCs - This folder contains art of OCs, or fan made Warriors characters, digital or traditional.
Avatars, Animations, Icons and Stamps - Warriors animations, icons, banners, avatars, and deviantART stamps go in this folder.
Written Work - Any Warriors related piece that is written, such as fan fics, short stories and one shots. Can be about characters from the books or Warrior OCs.
Comics and Memes - Traditional or digital comics of characters from the books or OCs, along with blank and filled in Warriors related memes.
Crafts - Any Warriors related item that is handmade, such as costumes, sculpture or paper crafts.

:bulletpurple: Photography is not accepted.
:bulletpurple: If you submit an OC, please make sure that is is a Warriors OC.
:bulletpurple: If a picture contains both a character from the book and an OC, please submit it to the OCs folder.
:bulletpurple: We no longer accept adoptables.
:bulletpurple: No WIPs or simple sketches, please...work submitted to our gallery should be finished work.
:bulletpurple: Do not submit anything with strong sexual themes.
:bulletpurple: Journals are also not allowed in our gallery - if you'd like to advertise something, please send us a note.
:bulletpurple: Please only submit your own art. If you find some Warriors art besides your own that you'd like to add to our group, add it to our favourites instead. :)

Warning: Please take care in keeping WCFC a fun place to discuss, post and share everything about our favorite book series, Warriors. Flamers or people who cause problems could temporarily (or even permanently!) be banned, and we don't want that!

Stille lag über dem Lager. Ein fast runder Mond stand am Himmel und das Sternenflies glitzerte.
Schweigend saß Topazfell in der Mitte des Lagers. Dies war ihre Nacht.
Die Nacht in der sie alleine Nachtwache halten musste und nach der sie endlich von ihrem Clan als vollwertige Kriegerin akzeptiert werden würde.
Ihr goldgelbes Fell leuchtete im Licht des Mondes.
Topazfell war von Stolz erfüllt und fühlte sich voller Energie, aber dennoch...

Heathertail and Breezepelt pt4 Everyday was so wonderful, but now I feel like a withered soul......

       Breezepelt's blood ran cold, as the omen whispered in his ear "she may never be warrior" like bells. He felt like a fire, wanting revenge on the enemy, but yet he felt colder than leaf-bare. He and Heathertail had grown up together, trained as apprentices together, he had grown a strong liking for her, but now, all of that sunk into a river of tears. She couldn't have a lover, she would either have to go to the Elder's den, or become the Medicine cat apprentice, which most cats really disliked. The new Beginning- Chapter 4  Hopepaw didn't sleep very well that night after the Gathering. She kept worrying about Deathpaw's schedule. How can she sneak out of camp unless she had permission? What if someone attacked an innocent kit while she was alone out there?
She suddenly felt jabbing at her ribs. An apprentice's paw was touching her.
"Wake up, sleepyhead! It's past sun high. We've had enough sleep. Bluestream wants you to hunt for the queens right now." It was Cinderpaw. The dark gray apprentice was always full of energy every day through her entire life.
Hopepaw was still lying on her side, groaning. "I'll leave in a minute."

Perspective  I was just squeezed from a very small space, into a very big one. It was cold, it was hard, and something dry was rubbing the soft, downy material that apparently covered my form. It was rubbing the stuff backwards, and it felt bad.

There was an uncomfortable feeling in my chest, and from somewhere below it. On impulse, I opened my mouth, and something cold and insubstantial whooshed in, filling the emptiness in my chest. The place below it still felt hollow.

Something sharp pressed into a fragile layer of [skin] along something hard at the base of my neck. I squirmed uncomfortably as it lifted me off the hardness. The sharp pressure placePerspective by ~Fireflower112
Featherpaw I slept fitfully that night, hushed conversations and quiet murmuring composing my dream. Something about three, always three... though I couldn't catch the rest.

I was awakened, much to my dismay, by a prodding in my side followed by a sharp reprimand.

"Featherpaw! You're kicking herbs all over the place!"

As I sat up, yawning broadly, the voice--my mentor, Herbpool--continued on. "We spent all day collecting these and now look at them--oh now the catmint has fallen on the floor as well. Featherpaw!" For indeed it had. As I had arisen to my feet, the catmint wedged loosely above my head had fallen onto the floor.

Shell winces slightly ducking away from a short haired she-cat with dark gray patches across her fur.
"Stop moving!" She hissed.

We all know you guys are Warrior fans, but did you hear about their all new series! Erin Hunter will be basing a story on dogs called 'Survivors' so join our ranks and share what you think may happen in there future series, and fan art before the series even begins! [link]
